All our prices are inclusive of GST and Shipping charges within India.
For international orders, taxes, import duties and shipping cost will be applicable as per the respective country’s customs and duties.

Shipping, Dispatch and Delivery

We offer free Shipping all over India.
We will send you a confirmation mail with your order details. We will dispatch your orders within 4-7 days of order confirmation.
We aim to deliver your orders within 7-10 days. We will not be responsible for any delays caused by the courier company.
Delivery times depend a lot on the shipping address, time-of-year, and other factors

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel Your Order within 24 hours of placing the order

We will get back to you within 48 hours of receiving your cancellation request. We will initiate a refund using the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

We reserve the right to refuse cancellation of any merchandise that has been processed and dispatched

Exchange

We accept Exchange requests initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. In order for the Goods to be eligible for exchange, please make sure that:

● The Goods are in Original packaging
● The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
● The Tags are intact
In case Exchange is requested due to product damage, an email with the details must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product. The email must bear order details, images of the product and shipped back within 7 days of receiving it.

Exchange of products will not be applicable under the following terms;

● Damage – A product will not be considered damaged if it is pertaining to the style or size
● Alteration – Exchange will not be applicable on a product altered by the customer

Return /Refund

We accept Returns initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

● The Goods are in Original packaging
● The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
● The Tags are intact

The following Goods cannot be returned:
● Goods on Sale. We do not accept return on any good that have been purchased from the sale section
● Goods that are not in their original condition
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion

Refund

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement
